Available on all plans. Every seat brings AI quota. Basic includes half as much as Team; Team and Enterprise include the same. If it is not enough, an admin buys credits for the whole workspace.

You use the quota first, then purchased credits. The quota resets at the end of the month. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and require an active plan. Credits are prepaid only. There is never a bill afterwards. When quota and credits are used up, the extras pause. Normal chat with company knowledge keeps running on a small model, up to a small limit. Moving to a higher plan always brings more quota per euro than a pack.
Your team learns good prompting and how to use AI safely in daily work. The training helps you meet the duty under Article 4 of the AI Act, with an attendance record. Training is only available through the workshop.

No. Verselo never sends a bill afterwards. Every seat brings an AI quota that resets at the end of the month. If it is not enough, an admin buys a prepaid credit pack for the whole workspace: S for €29, M for €79 or L for €199. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and require an active plan.
Yes. With monthly billing all three plans can be cancelled monthly. With annual billing you prepay the year: Basic €180, Team €240 and Enterprise €336 per seat. That equals €15, €20 and €28 per seat per month, about 20% less.
A Max seat is for heavy users on Team and Enterprise. It costs €99 per month and brings four times the AI quota of a normal seat. You mix Max seats freely with normal seats. Billed annually it costs €79 per month.
Companies from about 30 employees get a setup call and 60 minutes of onboarding, both included. Training for the whole team is the workshop “Safe AI at work” for €990 excluding VAT.
